Here is what happens next:

• you will receive an email with all the details you just submitted

• your company will be registered in the next 24 hours

• as soon as your company is registered, we will file an applicaiton for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) with the IRS. This is the longest step of the process and usually takes 3 to 4 weeks.

• once your EIN is available, we will send it over to you via email.

• at the same time we will file an application for a business bank account. When we reach that step, we will send you a link to do a quick ID verification. The bank account application usually takes 1 to 5 business days.
